This lamp - a real jewel - is SIGNED and very rare (since it is older) and fascinates with its simplicity and design.

Chrome-plated brass (silver-coloured), this design is EXTREMELY RARE!

Thanks to its gyroscope mount, it is suitable
for providing lighting on ships.

This petroleum lamp was designed by Ilse Ammonsen in the 1950s and manufactured by Daproma.
This is the cleanest, precision work. Manufacturing the Copenhagen gyroscope requires more than 160 process steps. - HANDMADE -

It consists of 21 pieces and is manufactured with an accuracy of 1/100 mm. It can also be found in some museums of modern art.

It is more than just a lamp, it is a sculpture.

The height can vary from 21 to 27 cm. The diameter of the foot is 8 cm. The lamp was made from polished brass and has a gimballed mount.


The lamp is in very good condition. There are almost no signs of wear / patina.
The lamp is very slightly warped and may need some adjustment.
