Félix Resurrección Hidalgo y Padilla (Binondo, Manila 1855 - Barcelona 1913).
He was held in high esteem by the group of Filipino Enlightment intellectuals, although he was never directly part of the movement. However he is considered one of the most prominent painters of this country during the 19th century.

According to Spanish law, it is mandatory to apply to the official bodies of Spain (MECD) for a definitive export permit for the sale and departure from Spanish territory of cultural goods that are more than one hundred years old.
The export of cultural goods within the European Union will need an export application which must be submitted by the owner of the good. No fees must be paid, as this is a procedure without economic cost.
If the buyer prefers to have the work sent to him, the current owner will request the export and sale permit in the buyer's name and the work will be sent to him by an insured courier for the value of the purchase. The export and sale permit may take between 10 and 40 days, only charging the shipping courier costs and the cost of the insured shipping for the value of the purchase.
For residents out the UE it is subject to a established fee.
• Up to 6,000 €: 5%.
• From 6,001 to 60,000 € 10%.
• From 60,001 a 600,000 € 20%.
• From 600,001 € onwards: 30%.
