Rare "Holosteric compensated barometer" Equipment of the Schatz manufacturer with the well-known brand's treasure established in 1881 as a navy instrument maker Schatz made barometer.
With a very beautiful look at the fine work and the aneroid -- doses, barometer number sheet with German and international scale.
Thermometer very fine glass capillary one with blue filling liquid, scale centigrade and Fahrenheit,bevelled glas and case in brass
Fine brass case, base plate about 180 mm, dial 137 mm.
Backside marked with August Schatz & Söhne
With 100 mm of height and a weight of about 1060 g the instrument makes a prominent navigational impression.

Work and case in first quality from a German production are, assembled in Switzerland.
No cracks,no chips,only usually sign of times with some scratches,see pictures
Was made about 1950-70

After transit these clocks/barometers sometimes require to be set up again as sudden movement can slightly adjust the gong chime and escapement etc.
