Extraordinary sculpture vase by Maestro Bruno Gambone.
Gambone was born in Vietri sul Mare (SA), in 1936. He approached the world of ceramics for a short time, at the age of 14 in his father's Florentine atelier. Towards the end of the fifties he collaborated with the D'Arienzo manufactory. Determined to work and assert himself independently, he also dedicated himself to other artistic experiences such as the decoration of fabrics and painting on canvas. From 1959 to 1963 he moved to the United States, settling for a few years in New York. Here he frequented artists such as Robert Rauschenberg, Roy Lichtenstein and Andy Warhol. After five years he returned to Italy. In the Lombard capital he came into contact with artists such as Castellani, Fontana, Scheggi, Bonalumi and Colombo.
