The roasting spit was once used to grill the meat at the open fireplace.
The timepiece is rotated by means of a crank, causing the mechanism to rotate.
The roasting spit has two positions for the height of the spit.
The spit and stand are not present. The original spit is usually also rusted. A modern spit from the oven is easy to make by grinding or filing to make it fit

Height including handle approx. 42 cm
Length 20.5 cm.
Width 25 cm.
Weight is over 5.5 kg.

In well working condition

Also ideal to use in the summer to grill a chicken or something else at a fire.
