Stunning gold pocket watch dating to the late 19th/early 20th century with ‘LeCoultre’ movement.
The watch, purchased years ago in Argentina, is in 18 kt gold and has a double case back making it very heavy; on the inner case back there is some writing among which it clearly reads "SAN JUAN" with the symbol of the Argentinian region of the same name.
The sound repetition marks the hours, quarter hours and minutes precisely with distinct sounds.
Case: finely tooled solid gold with a diameter of 50 mm
Weight: 115 g.
Condition: The watch has recently undergone a complete service and restoration by an expert watchmaker who has issued its 2-year guarantee. The sound repetition works wonderfully, the dial looks like new, only some external engravings are a little worn but still visible and definitely elegant. We always consider that it is over a century old and comes from another continent.
