Solid, heavy gold open face from the workshop Robert Gerth & Cie Geneve.

18kt - hallmarked. Gold cuvette. Used condition - (slightly) worn guilloched elements.

White enamel dial without damage or hairline cracks in very good condition. Very fine Roman numerals. Second hand by the six, blued steel hands - very fine and with Wing ornamentation.

Dust lid (also 18 kt gold)

Masterful manufacturer's movement with unique superstructure from the workshop Gerth - cut. The movement is also signed with Robert Gerth & Cie, bolted chatons - screwed winding mechanism. Piston pointed tooth anchor escapement above the fusee and chain. Movement has a rare shape.

Worth collecting. Great watch from around 1860.

Watch diameter: 49 mm without pedant - 67 mm including pedant. Weight 94 g. Made circa 1860.
