This is not a classic " Kasangu " dance mask but rather a wall (hut) mask.
It belonged to the closed " Mugongo " - society.
This warrior community also supervised social events and initiated the young men.

Here and there wear from rubbing and insect bites.
Dust pollution on the whole.
Dry patinated inside.
Hole in each side for suspension.
One hole in chin and two for nostrils.
