Description
United States of America - Rare WW2 USA M1937 Wool Sergeant Combat Shirt - NAMED! - 8th Service Command
Original - Good condition

Great original M1937 US Wool Shirt of the 8th service command; these M1937 wool shirts were distributed to every soldier in the European Theatre of Operations (see attached photo of an example). There is still a laundry number visible inside the shirt which could be used to track down the original owner. The wool shirt has a a patch of the 8th service command and the rank of technical sergeant. The shirt is complete with all its buttons and is also fitted with a ruptured duck insignia illustrating the fact that the sergeant did his duties accordingly overseas and was honorfully discharged following the end of WW2. A real veteran shirt with a great patina, see photo's.

Great and rare 100% original item for your US WW2 collection!
