Rare 1913 bistre etching with original frame, "la Vacca e il boccino". Printed signature on bottom left: "F. Bozzetti 1913"
Original lacquered green and gold wood frame with protective glass. The frame of the work has small signs of wear at the top. Purchased by great-grandfather in the early twentieth century, owned by the family.

Cino Bozzetti lived in Borgoratto (Alessandria) from 1903 to 1913, working in direct contact with nature. Since 1906 he has created etchings, on China paper or on Japanese paper. He preferred to use «il percloruro di ferro, dalla morsatura più netta seppur lenta». He exhibited at the Venice Biennale (1930, '34, '36), and in Florence, Milan, Rome; Basel (1930: 12 works); Bern (1930: 30 works); Geneva (1944: solo); Zurich (1947); Paris (1949).
