Exquisite travel liqueur Napoleon III, of French origin made around 1860, in top quality rosewood and a brass fillet stuffed throughout the outer surface decoratively.
The main case opens with a top cover and two side doors, showing its removable interior composed of 4 decanters and 16 glasses, all in blown glass St Louis (France), with the handle in mercury gilt bronze (ormolu). Signed by the manufacturer brand at the bottom with the original label.
The key is missing, but otherwise the piece is in perfect condition. It comes from a Spanish private collection
Dimensions: 27 cm (height) x 32.5 cm (width)x 24 cm (depth).
Dimensions of each decanter: 21cm (height)x 7 cm (diameter).
Dimensions of each glass: 8 cm (height) x 4 cm (diameter).
