Description
Hermès - "Jeanne d'Arc - Croiseur Ecole d'Application" par Hugo Grygkar, 1954. Collector scarf
Blue, Ecru, Yellow - Silk

Wonderful vintage Hermes silk scarf titled "Jeanne d'Arc - Croiseur École d'Application", illustrated by artist Hugo Grygkar in 1954. Hand-rolled hem. Made in France. The one and only edition, therefore rare and sought after by collectors. With the old Hermes Paris logo, no copyright "C" logo and no composition tag (the piece is too old), it will soon celebrate its 66th birthday. Collector's. Impossible to find. Very good overall condition despite a few traces due to the scarf's age (last picture). According to the Arfon "Carrés d'art" dictionary, it is considered as 2C - rare and quite sought after (see attached photo). Will be carefully packaged and shipped via Colissimo with tracking number.
