A beautiful print commemorating Ayrton Senna’s first Grand Prix victory at the 1985 Portuguese GP.
The print shows Senna driving his Lotus 97T followed by team mate Elio de Angelis to lead all 67 laps of the race finishing one lap ahead of all other cars except Alboreto in his Ferrari.
Comes complete with a Collectors Studio COA
A truly masterful and dominant display by Senna in wet conditions.
The print has been signed by Senna in pencil with his early full signature and also signed and individually numbered by the artist.
Only one hundred editions of this print were produced and are very rare indeed with most given to friends, sponsors and mechanics.
It is most probably one of the rarest signed Senna prints due to its limited availability and being one of Senna’s first signed editions.
The print comes mounted and framed with dimensions of 70cm x 61.5cm.
The 1985 Portuguese Grand Prix was a Formula One motor race held in Estoril on 21 April 1985.
It was the second round of the 1985 FIA Formula One World Championship and was won by Ayrton Senna from pole position, taking both his first pole position and win in the process.
Senna demonstrated his proficiency in wet conditions by finishing the race at least one lap ahead of every car except second-place finisher Michele Alboreto.
In great condition. Some light marks to the frame due to it’s age but nothing that detracts from the item.
To find an original limited edition artists signed print of Ayrton Senna is almost impossible. Great provenance being number 88 of 100 of the framed from new limited edition.
Will be shipped with UPS with full tracking.
