Lot Dinosaur teeth - Dromaeosaurus with accompanying reptile fauna - 12 mm

Description
Lot Dinosaur teeth - Dromaeosaurus with accompanying reptile fauna - 12 mm
Cretaceous (66 - 69 mil y) - Lance Creek Formatie, Niobrara County, USA

Wonderful lot of dinosaur teeth. Contrary to most dinosaur teeth, these have been preserved in their original matrix. The fossils have been optimally prepared to show all the details.

The pièce de resistance is a 100% perfect 12 mm Dromaeosaur tooth, complete with tip and all the ridges and a beautiful colour. The lot also includes an Edmontosaurus tooth and a Triceratops tooth.

Given that Lance Creek material is not offered as often as Hell Creek material, accompanying reptile fauna is included: a crocodile tooth, a Champosaur tooth and a ray tooth.
Consequently, this set provides you a great overview of the local reptile fauna of about 66-69 million years ago in what was then a broad tropical river delta.

The fossils were found in the upper central region of Niobrara County in the USA, near Lance Creek Road on a ranch, with the owner's consent.
