Carriage clock - Steel (stainless) - Second half 20th century

Description
Carriage clock - Steel (stainless) - Second half 20th century
Mechanical - 8 day movement - Alarm-function

In well-functioning vintage condition, a special mechanical movement (lantern) table clock from Swiss manufacturer Swiza, made of stainless steel, and with an 8-day timepiece. We believe these types of beautiful table clocks were produced in the 1970s.

Dial is silver, black hands and hours that are luminous in the dark.

Movement works well but sometimes lags slightly behind and sometimes slightly ahead, but with a screw at the back this can be adjusted to make it run exactly on time. The alarm clock function works well and also creates sound.

Dimensions: Height 13.5 cm x width 11 cm x depth 2.5 cm.
Weight: 500 grams.

Condition in accordance with age and use, such as some specks, scratches around the stainless steel cabinet, and bit dusty on the inside of the dial under the plastic.

Examine the pictures for an accurate impression of the offered lot.

Will be packaged well and shipped by registered mail via PostNL Parcel Service, within the Netherlands and to other countries. Please visit our Catawiki page catawiki.grooveydesign.nl for more vintage design lots.
