Antique 18th century representation of the Crucifix in carved soft wood,
depicting the body of Christ on the Cross after the scourging, overlooking the figure of the Mater Dolorosa, radiant and standing on the base of the Crucifix, with a small Cross in her arms and in her hands probably the shroud.
On the arms of the Cross between the head and the nailed hands are represented some instruments of the passion of Christ, hammer
pincers, and spearheads.
