Antique jewellery box with image of the Romanovs couple
on the occasion of the coronation of Tsar Nicholas II Aleksandrovich and his wife tsarina Alexandra Fyodorovna in 1896.
In 1896, Nicholas was crowned Tsar of All Russians at the Assumption Cathedral in Moscow.

The date is stated on the box as well as initials.

In good condition, with usual signs of wear.
The blue colour at the top is a bit more flaked in some places. One slight flake on the cut glass on one side at the bottom, barely visible.
Inside a velvet blue pillow.

Dimensions: 7 x 7 x 7 cm
