Beautiful large coal scuttle of zinc, with beautiful Hindeloopen paintings.

Hindeloopen art is a special style of painted furniture, walls and objects. The style is colourful and consists of ornate floral designs, bible prints and land and sea scenes. This painting was created around 1650 and was at that time very popular in the so-called "captains houses" in Hindeloopen.

This coal scuttle is very decorative for the home, as an umbrella box, flower pot, or other creative ways.
