The graceful coat hooks, of which the exact dimensions are shown in one of the pictures, are marked (KENRICK No 72) in the iron. Weight per hook is 100 grams. The dimensions of the hooks are in a photo. More special is that these more than 100-year-old hooks still have 80% of the original paint or lacquer. Archibald Kenrick started out as a buckle maker in 1791 in Wrexham,
before setting up his iron foundry in West Bromwich.
However, his sons Archibald Kenrick (1798-1878) and
Timothy Kenrick (1807-1885) were the ones who led the
company which became known as Archibald Kenrick & Sons.
