Mid-20 th century a large Anatolian hemp kelim with natural colors.This lovely kelim made of undyed hemp,undyed cotton and wool.There is wool hand embroidery all over the pattern.Emroideries are tradational anatolian motifs on striped design.
The overall composition of the hemp kelim is very impressive and unique with rarely seen large size,combination with goat hair and groups of stripes with embroidery.It's great for make any interior looks special.
All sides and ends are in very good condition.
These hemp carpets are easy to clean and are naturally moth resistant.
Very well preserved, sturdy and clean.
