Pair of French Percussion Boxlock pistols circa 1850, in case. Steel barrels eight fold ; steel body box lock type, folding triggers, Vegetalist engraving all over the body, Black painted walnut stocks .SILVER scutcheon on back.. Working fine in two positions .Springs very strong,Nipples ok.

In a Oak case, central scutcheon in brass, not used, with key ( This is not is original case). Interior lined with green felt compartmentalized, containing: apocryphal ( vintage) powder flask in brass "Sykes type ", screwdriver with rosewood handle. Signs of use appropriate to the age and facelifts. No Ram rods

Being used in the vest ( showing the stocks) as a symbol of wealth in the middle of the XIX century.
