Ammonite Esericeras Eseri fossil composed of shell and original matrix.
Professional preparation in 360°. No side of the fossil has been left ‘in the rock’.
The suture lines in this specimen are very marked and fascinating as they have a double coloration, and in some areas of the shell they are drawn, while in others they are in relief.
The coloration of the fossil is predominantly in shades of red with some brown and black portions.
A very special coloration that, combined with the preparation of the matrix that literally becomes a pedestal for the Ammonite, makes this specimen a valuable collector’s item.
Fossil from Lyon, France, where you can find specimens of the highest quality.
