Pelikan Souverän (“W. Germany” - engraved on the ring). Year of production: 1986-87 . Gold-plated metal parts (clip and ring). Barrel in fine black resin. This is one of the last Pelikan pens with the “W. Germany” inscription, made just before the fall of the Berlin Wall. Pelikan rollerballs combine the advantages of a fountain pen with the ease of handling of a ballpoint pen. With water-based inks, the rollerball offers a soft and smooth writing experience.
