Very beautiful Longines observation watch with steel casing and 2 back lids from the 1920s.
Silver dial with black printed 24 hour scale and outer second scale. 24 hour power reserve display below the "24".
Blued steel hands. "GCT" stands for "Greenwich Civil Time", a reference to the English/American calendar (military) which starts at midnight. Very high-quality movement in chronometer quality with second stop by pulling the winding crown.
21 jewels, 5 positions and temperature justified.
