Rouleau vase - Famille verte - Porcelain - China - 19th century
Fair condition (restored), see description - 45.2×18×18 cm

An excellent vase, of cylindrical shape, standing 45cm tall and weighing 2881g, finely painted in famille verte enamels with warrior scenes, a central figure of a warlord riding on a chilong, the opposing general riding a fierce tiger. The banner reads San Jun Si Ling "Commander of this army". Estimated age: Xianfeng to Guangxu reign period.

Condition: The vase is entirely broken and glued, see pictures. Nevertheless an important and highly decorative piece and in our opinion worthy of a professional restoration.

This lot will be carefully packaged and sent by registered and insured mail.
