Origin and conservation of the pomace
Neive, Trezzo, Treiso; DOCG areas. The pomace, chosen to be fresh and still dripping with must, is fermented, according to an ancient recipe by Serafino Levi, and then distilled in order to extract the classic fruity aroma and flavor of the Moscato grapes.
Characteristics of the still
Discontinuous copper still, the only one in the world, still active on direct heat for the distillation of grappa.
Permanence in wood
Aging in barriques of about 220 liters, in wood of different essences.
