Post-medieval Bronze Flint / Fire starter with running dog, rare - (1)
18th century AD

bronze fire starter/flint showing a running or jumping dog on a base which was used for fire starting. Detailed features of the dog on both sides.

Size: 72,4 x 23,6 mm

Condition: complete and solid condition, signs of wear consistent with age and use. See images for own impression.

Shipping: registered and insured parcel.
Certificate of Authenticity available upon request (pdf-format).

Purchased by the current owner from a Dutch collector's fair in 2019.
