Rare Roman silver alloy fibula in the shape of an owl. Nicely detailed detailed feathers, tail and talons. The eyes are inlaid with red glass paste.

Size: 28,3 x 25,6 mm

Condition: good solid condition, complete with pin and catchplate. Signs of wear consistent with age and use. See images for own impression.
