Large and beautifully executed patinated bronze sculpture of a seated half-naked woman titled "Source Limpide".
It was designed by the French sculptor Gustave Frederic Michel (1851-1924) and cast by the famous foundry Susse Freres in Paris.
Signed G. Michel and branded Susse freres editeurs Paris.

There are virtually no bronze performances of this version known. The famous Manufacture de Sèvres did make a variant in biscuit in 1908, today exhibited in the Petit Palais, please see:
