Russian icon dating from the first half of the 19th century with the two main patron saints of the farmers: The Holy Blaise ( Blasius) patron of the cows and the Holy Flor ( Florus) patron of the horses. Both saints are depicted in a orante gestus worshipping Jesus Christ who can be see above the clouds in the heavenly realms. Nice fairly used icon of great charm and orginality. Fair condition painted in egg tempera paint on levkas on a lindenwood panel
