Sarrequemines - Art Deco Clock set - 1910-1930

Description
Sarrequemines - Art Deco Clock set - 1910-1930
France - 1910 - 1930 - Earthenware

Three-piece mantelpiece clock with two vases made by Sarreguemines and hand-painted with a royal blue and a soft ocher yellow color. The clock is beautifully decorated with a lady and her Borzoi dog.

The two vases are numbered 5392, the clock 5391 MD. All three pieces have the Sarreguemine mark, a dark blue mark, near the serial numbers, they are however a little difficult to find. The last foto gives an example of the Sarreguemines mark.

In the French town of Sarreguemines, beautiful pottery was made from the second half of the 19th century.

The earthenware is in excellent condition, but the clock must be revised.
The dimension of the vases are: 19 x 10.5 x 6.5 cm.
The clock measures 30 x 36 x 6.5 cm

The set will be packed with care and send with a track & trace number.
