19th century Russian painted icon representation the Saints SERGIUS OR RADONEZH.

Performance with parents Maria and Kiril (Cyriuls). And the holy trinity in the top left corner.

Text in Cyrillische letters: St. Maria. St. Kiril. Sv. Troistvo (holy trinity).

On the back the Russian text carved into the wood but not easily legible.
Crackle and some paint loss, photos as part of the description. Total is nice considering the age, but I call the overall condition reasonable.

Dimensions: 23.3 x 18.8 x 1.7 cm.

Sergius of Radonezj was a spiritual leader and reformer of the monastic life of the medieval Russia. Together with Serafim of Sarov, Sergius of Radonezj is one of the most honoured saints of the Russian Orthodox Church.
