The Fireman Ionosphere watch was born as a collaboration between Ball Watch designers and engineer and NASA astronaut Dr. Owen Garriott, who spent a lot of time on deep sea research missions, Antactic expeditions and who was first launched into space as the scientist-pilot for the Skylab III mission. Based on his wide knowledge, Dr.Owen Garriott has worked with the Ball Watch designers to create the specifications for this professional watch.
The steel case in satin finish measures 43mm, excluding the Ball signed crown. Crown with screwdown.

Watch is powered by the BALL signed movement , based upon the ETA/VALJOUX Cal. 7750. Watch runs very precise.
Watch comes on the BALL signed steel bracelet with hidden folding clasp. It will fit a wrist of 17,5cm and 2cm of sparelinks are part of the set, that furthermore consists of the original boxes (Innerbox with wear), instruction manual and warranty booklet/card.
