Bravilor - coffee machine (1) - B2 Bonamat

Description
Bravilor - coffee machine (1) - B2 Bonamat
Netherlands - 1950-1974 - Steel (stainless)

Vintage Bravilor Bonomat model B2

Beautiful design for a coffee machine. Made of stainless steel, chrome parts and glass. Complete with all parts.
This can be used to make 2 x 2 litres of coffee. But you can also tap water for tea.
You can't use it to make espresso.
The machine can be connected to the water supply.

Bravilor Bonamat was founded in the Netherlands in 1948 by Mr. A.J.M. Verheijen. In 1959 his sons started the small-scale production, for the first time, of a filter coffee machine: the Bravilor Bonamat B2 model for the professional
market.

This machine must be overhauled if you would like to use it. In one test, the machine heated and provided boiling water.

As soon as you fill the water tank with a jug or via the water pipe (both possible), a mercury switch turns on the heating element to boil the water.

Pick up is preferred due to its vulnerability.
