Rev: Monogram and SC.

- Constantine IV (AD 668-685). Æ Follis, Syracuse mint.
Obv: Constantine stage facing, wearing helmet and cuirassed and holding spear.
Rev: Large M, Heraklios and Tiberios standing; above M, monogram.
