Patek Philippe - the watch manufacturer from Geneva, Switzerland.

The manufacture was founded by the Polish aristocrat Antoine Norbert Graf de Patek in collaboration with Jean-Adrien Philippe in 1839. Today, Patek Philippe is one of few remaining independent watch companies. It is owned by the Stern family, who finished the acquisition of the company from Jean-Adrien Philippe in 1932, having begun the takeover process in 1929. The company is known worldwide for its exceptional premium watches.

Movement in original condition signed PATEK, PHILIPPE & Cie, Geneve movement number 816417 - chatons, gold gears. Fine calibre.
