One (1) abat-jour/desktop lamp Eclisse designed by Vico Magistretti for Artemide in the 1960s, the Space Age.
The inner dome rotates to adjust the light diffusion.
Original 1st series, in very good condition with small/minimal signs of ageing, yet no dents.
Red-lacquered and perfectly working lamp.
The pictures are an integral part of the lot description.
Eclisse won the Compasso d’Oro award in 1967 and has become an emblem of Italian design in the world.
Eclisse is part of the permanent collection of the most important Museums of Design including the N.Y. MoMA and the Triennale Design Museum of Milan.
