Beautiful whole meteorite very rare

Found: 2013 Mar
History: Found buried in the ground near Chouichiyat on March 3, 2013 and excavated by a team of local people.
Physical characteristics: a single large mass (at least 20 kg) composed of yellow-green crystalline material with light orange alteration products along numerous fractures. Much of the material disintegrated into fragments at the excava.
achondritis of the diogenitic type, characterized by an almost intact melting crust which covers it entirely, with an internal characterization of pyroxene formations (ortho pyroxene and clinopyroxene) completely corresponding to meteorites classified as fallen in Morocco (NWA) and belonging to 4 Vesta.
For the recognition of materials and characteristic elements on the samples under examination, the XRS 38 spectrometer designed by prof. Fiorini and Longoni of the Milan Polytechnic.
