Dated 8/10/1956.
Signed by the Monza Track Director Mr. Gianni Restelli.
With all the information regarding the Lotus Climax record attempt with MacKay-Frazer as the official driver (1927/1957).

Autombile Club d’Italia - Commissione Sportiva Automobilistica Italiana (C.S.A.I.) -- to F.I.A. in Paris.
Official document dated 11/10/1956 for both attemps of Mackay-Frazer with Lotus and, October 15th of the Cooper Climax of Arthur Owen -- French text.
