Continental Ageing : 1,5 years in Ferrand casks

Further Maturation : Four months in Linie aquavit casks 350L that have travelled around the world by boat. The complexity of the aquavit complements the Fiji rum while benefitting from dynamic ageing

Volatile Substances : To be revealed after the dynamic ageing in April

Dosage : 4 g/L

Cane sugar caramel E150a (% volume) : Between 0% and 0.1%

Further Maturation : 6 months in Kilchoman peated whisky casks 200L, which brings a smoky character and a nice balance with the exuberant Fiji, which can be slightly grassy

Volatile Substances : 478 g/HL AA; Esters : 113 g/hL AA

Nose : Empyreumatic, earthy, peated and slightly animal notes, heavy flowers, cigar box, Corinth raisins, dried fig

Palate : Beautiful, intense and long peat, candied fruits, woody and encaustic, smoky notes, dry vanilla and pecan nut

Finale : Tobacco, nutty and malty
