Albert Medo - Luceplan - Hanging lamp (1) - Titania aluminium

Description
Albert Medo - Luceplan - Hanging lamp (1) - Titania aluminium
Italy - 1980-1989 - Aluminium

Italian aluminium designer lamp 'Titania', a design from 1989 by Albert Meda and Paolo Rizzatto for Luceplan Italy. The elliptical shape is reminiscent of a zeppelin. The height of the 'Titania' is easily adjustable with its spherical counterweight.

This light fixture comes with the matching set of all different colour filters (yellow, green, purple, blue, red).

A functional designer lamp with a wonderful play of colours. The elliptic lamp body with a striking ribbed look catches the eye when the lamp is switched off, and even more so when the 'Titania' is switched on to light up brilliantly in the colours of the original fitted slats (red, green, yellow, blue). The light, that shines upwards and downwards from the centre part, remains white.

This beautiful futuristic space-like design lamp is a true eye catcher in your home/office/practice room.

The lamp is in excellent condition with slight signs of wear.
