This is a Gorgeous Ladies Omega Wind up Wristwatch, The case and the glass make this look fantastic, almost new. The one thing it will need is a little service as it keeps running fast.
The case is 20mm plus the little winder & the lugs.
The maximum wrist size would be 175mm .
The inside of the back plate says
