This new Vintage Limited Edition is a real invitation to discover the "Rum Funk". The long fermentation associated with the use of the Vendôme "Double-retort" still gives rise to the true opulent and complex expression of the Island of Jamaica. Very expressive, this vintage rum was aged 16 years in Jamaica in bourbon barrels and 1 year in Château de Bonbonnet in Ferrand cognac barrels. Distilled at Clarendon.
From the South Pacific Distillery, in the heart of the Fiji Islands, this unique version of Plantation Rum is a 100% column distillation carried out in 2005.
