Paris - tureen with a bottom plate and matching bowl - Porcelain.
France - 19th century.
Hand-painted porcelain, with a floral décor and a frieze of Gothic pointed arches. The blue flowers stand out brightly on a white surface. Very sensitive and expertly painted. On the inside of the lid, a hairline can be seen that is not through and through and absolutely invisible on the outside. Wear on the gold motifs on the bottom plate. A very elegant model with two beautifully shaped handles.
