Baccarat manufacture.

Rare Port or liquor Service, Art Deco period, made of translucent mouth blown crystal decorated, in the center, with an Empire-style frieze, acid-etched pattern with swans, vases and scalloped foliage scrolls.
"Cygne-Empire" pattern, created by Georges Chevalier (1894/1987), artistic director of the manufacture back then.
It consists of 1 carafe with lid(height: 24.5 cm, diameter: 7 cm), and six matching cylindrical glasses (height: 7.8 cm, diameter: 5.4 cm).

Production before 1936, without signature, but know model which is present on websites.
Ca. 1930.

High quality, fine and clear crystal. Rare, interesting and very elegant model.

The set is in perfect condition, nothing (crystal not altered, opacified or veiled; original numbered carafe lid).
