The LEGO Facilities - 4000015 - LOM Building B commemorates the expansion of the LEGO factory in Monterrey, Mexico in 2014. In 2012, LEGO Operaciones de México S.A. de C.V. began constructing an additional packing building to support the planned growth submitted in the business plan for 2016.
The set is in undamaged sealed condition. There is insignificant shelfwear as can be seen on the pictures (the few small white discolorations).
The set will be securely packed in protective bubble wrap and and in two cardboard boxes.
