Old Fitzgeralds 1849 is made by a proven traditional and unhurried process using only the finest grains and purest water and aged in white oak barrels charred to the ideal depth specified by our Master Distiller. Slow-distilled resulting in a low yield. The 1849 expression was discontinued around 2014.
