Il Bolgheri Rosso di Satta è un vino espressione della volontà di valorizzare le caratteristiche di un terroir unico, tra i primi ad essere espressione di questa denominazione, ben prima dell’ascesa dei Supertuscan. Un credente del territorio.

Nei pressi di Castagnto Carducci troviamo il luogo in cui Michele svolge le sue attività con semplicità e naturalezza. La sua grande passione per il Sangiovese fa si che venga assemblato assieme agli altri vitigni che hanno reso celebre Bolgheri come denominazione, ovvero le uve Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot e Syrah, senza dimenticare che il vigneron predilige anche una piccola aggiunta di Teroldego.

La fermentazione alcolica avviene senza aggiunta di lieviti artificiali in vasche di acciaio. Il vino è lasciato riposare sulle bucce per almeno 3 settimane, tempo stimato di volta in volta in base agli assaggi svolti dal cantiniere. Il vino viene poi assemblato ed esaltato dalla maturazione in barrique per 12 mesi, poi in bottiglia per 6 mesi.
