TIPOLOGIA DEL TERRENO: Terreno sassoso di Galestro, con limo ed argilla di medio impasto.
SISTEMA DI ALLEVAMENTO: Cordone speronato alto (1.40-1.60H).
INVECCHIAMENTO E AFFINAMENTO: 4 mesi in barriques nuove di rovere Francese seguiti da un breve passaggio in bottiglia.
COLORE: Rosso rubino.
PROFUMO: Vinoso, intenso, fruttato con sentori di vaniglia.
SAPORE: Morbido ed elegante, ben strutturato, con tannino dolce.
ABBINAMENTO: Salumi, formaggi ed affettati, piatti della grande cucina con carni anche elaborate, selvaggina e pollame nobile.
