The iMac is in perfect working condition. It has a fresh OS X High Sierra installation.
The iMac has been equipped with a 240GB SSD. This makes the iMac MUCH faster than using the original HDD for the OS. Also, the original 4GB RAM has been expanded to the maximum of 16GB (picture still shows 10GB, RAM has been expanded afterwards).
